The question of "So how do we think about the need for 175M more shares?" has to be one of the top 3 questions asked by the analysts. For their EPS guidance, they have to know the denominator. Especially if their firm is both buy/sell side.
I'm laying on my son's couch typing on cell phone which I hate doing; it takes so long. However I don't want you to think I'm ignoring you and being rude. You're probably already in bed anyway. I guess my position would have been better described as I INTEND to vote yes and the company will have to say something in the cc that causes me to change my mind or news comes out that also might change my position before I actually receive my voting instructions from my brokers. I still don't see how #3 passes with the history of broker non votes we've had.
This would not be good enough to sway me to a yes vote. Anything can be said during a Q & A session that never come to fruition. Such a massive increase in OS should require something in writing.
