Just like the GSE's are not categorized as being in receivership even though in effect they really are. Classic case of Gov wanting it both ways, yet again. LOL with that logic. Bottom line, there's a heavy price to be paid for that way of self-inflicted deception and we're beginning to reap the benefits of that. Have we become that arrogant that we think it's all about how we categorize something that makes it so?
