Last time I checked the BLM database was a few months ago, and Bayport owns no claims. Zero!

A company called Cosmic American (run by the old racketeer himself, Louis Porter) has allowed all but two of their worthless claims to lapse. The only two claims left are only partly owned by Cosmic American, with the majority owned by Mel and Sue Carson. Mel Carson has quite a history as a desert dirt scammer himself.

This company's "mining division" is a mirage. Like everything else.
