Once we break .35 I'll take the run serious. It always rushes up only to fall back down. Traders seem to control this stock.

I definitely hope you are close to being right. Even 5 to 15 million share buys would do some to get ELTP out of the rot. Launching a 2-3 generics from the remaining ANDAs would bring in serious money and minimize the need for dilution.
