CST is not an "alleged corporation in Australia" --it exists. That is very simple DD that does not require a Gift From God.
CST is claiming to own AMDL Diagnostics, Inc on their website. Go there and look -- light a candle instead of cursing the darkness.
Everyone who signed the DR-70 and Onko-Sure Trademark Transfer paperwork is a Director of CST. That's not conjecture, that is FACT.
Nobody is saying that the Aussies own any Radient Stock. They are too smart to own Radient stock. They control Radient though because they are the Officers and Directors of Radient... and AMDL Dx... and AMDL Australia.... and CST AMDL.
Ariura is listed somewhere as Secretary of Radient? Sorry, Ariura has moved on. MacLellan is listed somewhere as President of Radient? Sorry, MacLellan has moved on too. When asked last year, MacLellan said in his email responses to anyone who asked, including "Lou," that since resigning as CEO he has had no contact with the Aussies and no dealings with Radient. If you don't believe this, contact MacLellan yourself and ask him. MacLellan will send you Charter's email and cc Charter in his response.... and Charter will then Ignore you.
The AMDL Diagnostics CEO can now do whatever he wants with those Trademarks. RXPC Shareholders have NO SAY in the matter, or any other matters, because they are impotent since Radient disappeared.
But don't take my word for it! I encourage RXPC Shareholders to try and do something about it. Try to organize. Try to contact your Radient Directors and Officers. Try to hold a Shareholders' Meeting. Try to vote on something -- anything.
