Vanis is scum. He said the PPS was the last thing to fix before uplisting. He's turned out to be a liar. It's just the old rinse repeat trick with OTC. I called this right. He tries to justify a reverse split by talking about uplisting, but it was all BS. Complete BS. I've seen this BS so many times on these worthless companies.
