They have not been made public to date. But, the financials have been described as "Audited" in several SEC filings. Guess we will have to wait for a financial report and/or perhaps another 8K detailing the audited financials.
Hardly meaningless. The SEC would certainly frown on any false dissemination to investors, via an 8K.
Might as well realize that this is a real company with real profit and revenue.
