The Guns of August 2015 ... we know what happened to the German offensive ... they weren't expecting a fight back before their 39 day plan was executed. Their ill-fated "decisive" plan caused a lot of unnecessary grief and plenty of bleeding and dragged on but it did finally end and the French aren't speaking German. That insane invasion spanned 4 years. We are holding strong 5 years later. I am of the opinion there is one insane general that offended some SHs by suing them. Bad move. My opinion also is that stupid move was no doubt encouraged by advisors who would never put themselves on the front lines. Happens all the time.
