nope you are right on - this should have taken 5 minutes to produce documents - NOW IF there are interviews and interrogations to schedule and conduct then I can see why delays - perhaps this is VRNG giving ZTE more rope or more time to settle but personally I am sick of the whole process - justice DELAYED justice DENIED we proved in court 3 years ago Google caught redhanded yet NOT A DIME paid yet .... Nokia been chasing ZTE for OVER A DECADE still nothing ..... this is BS

"Google has agreed to search for and produce responsive documents, but, in response to Vringo’s requests, is not able to give a firm date for its production."

G specializes in search and it can't quickly find documents.

Lang could you help G out ... again

Red Angus, I agree with you, you either have a pair between your legs or you don't, it may be like you say something may be cooking on the other kitchen and we do not know what they are cooking. Let's leave the kitchen and go into the court room, VRNG, has been led into a lengthy path they should have gone for the full blown motion against ZTE and after GOOGLE, now you have brought the LION into your den again, I can't believe how this is developing into a 10 year war.
