Licenses mean everything. First of all it means the state government approved them, that right there means a lot. It gives them credibility most importantly. Just like how the NJ government gave them a grant.....State Govs aren't giving 8 licenses and free money to shady penny stock companies, they are giving it to legit companies like TRTC!!!
