I have graciously offered APT and its shareholder base a win-win opportunity that will benefit all.

Note the word "offered", past tense. He did make an offer, Covey shot him down, this much we do know for a fact, not hearsay, no birdies. That's an FYI, the rest will just have to play itself out.

The win win is Corey gets SC and SF and MTVX gets To focus on only selling Motopeds. It's obvious imo that Corey is out or about out of APT entirely from what he's written.
