What filings were those? Other than that meaningless 15D, LUSI hasn't made a filing in three years. IMO that 15D was filed just to create some hype for an ongoing pump-n-dump. It just happened to coincide with the addition of 400 million new shares and the subsequent dumping of those shares.
It's an abandoned shell. There are no recent LUSI filings. Loflin just did his micky mouse 15D back in Feb to avoid an SEC suspension for his delinquent filings
