#30554 RE: firehorse #30553

I think insider ownership is too high (Joan Lee's shares are jointly owned with Stan's). Insiders have blocked minority shareholders from voting and seem satisfied with their abnormally high salaries (for the revenue the company makes). Insiders have not appeared to concerned themselves with the company or stock doing well. (Edit) Insiders hold a controlling (greater than 50%) interest in POWN.

Aside from making deals, communications with the investing community is the company's biggest problems. Oddly, communicating with investors (and potential investors) is also an easily fixed problem, that Stan and Gill have not fixed in the 10 years the company has been public.

I think Stan, Gill, and the late Art gave themselves so many shares, that they will be satisfied with whatever they eventually get, and don't have the vision to try to build the company up to where it is worth a lot more. Or, maybe, they just are not communicating what they are doing to build the company up.
