It can't be much of a Board of Directors if the word of one of their number is taken as gospel without any documentary evidence, and none of them was involved in any subsequent discussions with the apparently non-existent buyers.

Anyway, when will we see the retraction of false statements made by the company concerning the sale, as apparently this is a falsehood only told by Kipping?
Of course, if VPLM was an SEC reporting company, instead of a Pink Sheet company filing clearly false "accounts" with OTC Markets, all this material information would be in the public domain.
The fact that this company instead chooses the anonymity of the deeply sleazy non-reporting Pink Sheets, and falsifies its accounts, should be all the indication anyone needs to show it's a scam, even before you research the backgrounds of Malak and Inza.
