Yes. Correct the earliest the R/S could happen is 20 days after August 26th. So... the earliest it could come would be Sept. 15th. I would imagine we will have an update regarding these events before that date hits.

Reverse Split will not become effective (the “Effective Date”) until after approval by FINRA and not prior to a date which is twenty (20) calendar days after this Information Statement is first provided to Stockholders.
