GNCP - What ETrade did yesterday is also well documented. I wonder if ETrade and/or their market maker is the one responsible for that 5 million share $0.000001 trade yesterday. The same PPS that ETrade refused to allow return to $0.0001 with a series of small block trades that they executed, and failed to report to the tape, per the rules and regulations.

All documented and all forwarded to the proper authorities and parties going after the nexus of naked short selling manipulators.
