No, it's not a rumor. What Choover had describe very much lines up with my experiences with the FAA. The FAA will NOT bend the rules to let something slide in the name of Safety. If records show that FAA allowed this...then it holds no credibility, and all the airliners will sue the government.

What Choover had told us and I can back him up on this that is what FAA will do. The Local FAA recommend a pass, but they wanted to talk to Washington about doing a smaller test. The Lieutenant even said that could happen. Choover gave a much better details on what is being discussed. With my experience of working with the FAA, it is very likely that is what will happen.

That recommendation is very favorable for everybody. It is a win-win situation. Baltia saves money by doing a smaller test. FAA saves resources by just reviewing the small performance because Balita Staff has already proven themselves and is ready to move on to the next check. The investors, the smart ones, mind you, will see this as a positive move, and encouraging news that Balita is moving forward.

I don't strongly feel that this is a rumor at all. I strongly feel that is the good news that investors want to hear.

I don't have to tell you this, but I will. I have 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. I have worked on 18 military aircrafts, and designed 3 civilian aircrafts, including the 787 Dreamliner. I have designed over 1,700 parts for the 787, and know what FAA is looking for. I know what Baltia is going to be once they are certified. Their business plan is very solid, and shows a lot of promises. I know they have taken a very long time to get to where they are, but...once they get there...it is so worth it.
