There is room between rows for alternating cash crops plus ample room for drainage between every row of HU. The drainage system has allowed the HU plants (which are cacti) to thrive despite the heavy rains.

There is no such thing as Chinese acres in the reports. They either mention mu or (US) acres.

What I can tell from the picture, is that it is roughly 400m wide and 1,000m in length. Or roughly 100 US acres. Probably more than that. Definitely more than 38.

I think you could be right. It's only 250m wide.

Apparently these assholes still report in Chinese acres. A shareholder lawsuit should fix that easily.

I think I have this mystery solved.

If you go to the east, and then to the South, there seems to be another lot which you haven't outlined.

Or you could go to the east and then north east. There is definitely another lot there. Towards the village of liankai.
