On top of it, as per hvpatel his GGP estimated valuation is very conservative when compared to the current GGP pps. Based on that $300 may not be that hard to reach if warrants are not executed.

I assume an IPO of size at least the current number of shares to raise capital - i.e. the IPO money would all go to F and F as capital (thus not be particularly dilutive)
