Nobody knows when that is going to happen....or even if that is going to happen (i mean the contract to be signed off).

I think a better question is when that item is going to be included again in City Council Meeting Agenda.

Next City Council Meeting is 9/10....so we hope it gets included there and voted with 5 out 7 YEEEEESSSSS from members of City Council.
