Well insiders love VFIN so they can dump billions of unregistered shares on the market, GNCP is certainly no exception in that realm. They were able to dump 16 billion with no problem until the Bid ran out that is.... lol... 30 bilion AS and multiple filings to the SOS of Delaware raising the AS 4 times but that is not the fault of insiders ... lol..

I also want to point out, it hasnt been 90 seconds for over 5 years now, it was 30 seconds in April 2010:

None of which have anything to do with todays trade transactions, but I felt it should be corrected to what the rules actually state.

Let us review the amendments to expand the AS since September 25th, 2013:

Increased to 950 million shares

Increased to 10 billion shares
