yes, it's on my radar again, quiet accumulation appears to be taking place, and this would be about the time of the year where it begins to spike....

what does concern me this time around, is the effect the overall market has on this ETF...in which Fed decisions appear to be so important. If one correlates the accumulation with that decision, then the Fed may very well not increase rates any time soon...
