Totally agree.Warren market cap is $50m and they have only $4m more in cash than ECSR. ESCR market cap is only $2m.

ESCR on a great shape compare other energies companies,with $30m Net assets and Oil&Gas proved reserves- net cash flows $ 90,112(in millions) as of December 31, 2014.
