Could you do a small explanation as to why you think 10 cents in the future? Im slowly learning the stock market, but my stock book talks nothing of level 2 or anything you are talking about. Right now im in two stocks playing, ARTH and OWOO. I got in at OWOO at 0.0068 and it just broke a penny, Im selling 20% to invest in something else and this looks promising. I just dont see any news or anything positive about the company anywhere that would say that this stock is hitting 10 cents.
