I vote for good news as well but I've voted for good news for nearly 2 years and my vote doesn't count.

Angel has indicated no RS but he has also shared that he needs significant capital and that our share structure is too big.

This can play out a number of ways...

possible large buyback at rock bottom prices, retirement of Sal's shares, reduction of AS, launch of GBC and its boom time. This scenario requires capital that I'm not aware that we have but who knows.

I wouldn't be shocked to see GBC launch/divvy followed by RS here. We take a hit on RIGH shares in exchange for GBC. This reduces the SS and allows for more appropriate financing terms.

I'm sure there are many scenarios but just keeping it real.
