Still .. the crooks were the company and controlled the filings which were all FALSE

your shares were criminally decimated by the illegal dumping of restricted shares by the crooks who ran SPNG, not the SEC or DOJ.

when you claimed that the O/S wasn't greater than 660 Million shares, it was actually over 3 Billion shares.
