Meaningless since ARYC has legally given all the rights to the IP to Zalcberg's company as part of a settlement of a lawsuit on improper actions tied to a Q4 2013 capital raise transaction.

The current lawsuit by Zalcberg and Taub will likely result in a judgment enforcing that settlement agreement, award large damages --- including punitive ones ---- and enjoining ARYC from any further actions violating the settlement agreement...
