Sue based on what? danny isn't doing poorly on purpose, he just isn't very good. Sue because he felt it was undervalued? His opinion, and most here agreed with it. Should the people that some here encouraged to buy sue them because they ended up losing money? No, we're all adults and know the risk of pinks. He's still doing what he's doing. It isn't good, but there isn't anything illegal about it. Just sell and enjoy that tax break ;)
