The operations of USMJ a year ago were way too speculative to support a $1 stock price. Combination of company selling shares and shorting to get us where we are now. What next? Is this company legitimate? Do we have more information than we had a year ago? Today, lots of points of verification and it appears to be lots of things in motion for USMJ and their subsidiary American Seed and Oil Company. I'm not trading it but buying down here. IMO, there are not that many shares available in the grand scheme of things for a typical penny stock.
