And if OUR boys were not in control (meaning JJ himself was in control), would you then give them that too? You should understand that our boys have been walking a fine line between keeping the transferor of all these properties happy while making an effort to do the best thing for the shareholders. After the Uhlander deal fell through, it had to have become obvious to even JJ himself that things were not happening right. That realization opened a door for our boys to get it done right. If they had gone legal with JJ prior to that time, the company would have ended up in bankruptcy and then we'd be REAL happy. Our boys must be given credit for taking advantage of the opportunity to effect change when it presented itself and at the right time.

The above is just my opinion based on what I have seen - I do not have any inside connection with anybody that would place me in a position of having superior knowledge. I choose to believe, until provided with evidence to the contrary, that management is complying with their fiduciary duty toward shareholders.
