CP - Unfortunately, looking at only one other DEF-14A (2005) where I knew there was a request to increase the shares, Not only was the increase in shares a "Recommends For", but so was the ratification of the accounting firm, while the executive compensation was "Unanimously recommends". So by your logic, someone on the BOD back in 205 didn't want to certify the accounting firm. I find that hard to believe, possible, but strange.
