It wouldn't be wise for athletes to start endorsing a product that the consumer can't purchase.

They just started production and I believe we will start to see pictures of the athletes with the drinks in the next week or so as they get ready for Internet sales.

However, if you go the the company's website and scroll down to the bottom of the home page you will see a series of Tweets and Instagram posts from the athletes talking about the product!

If the company were using the athlete's image or name without consent, they would open themselves up to legal liabilities. Michael Jordan just sued a grocery store chain in illinois for using his image and name without consent and won 8.9 million dollars.
