sure hope the new proposed share total isn't because they know sunrise hit a recruiting wall .... if so, i'll finally walk.

While anything is possible I highly doubt this is the case here as BOD/management would be opening themselves up to a serious lawsuit having asked the shareholders to authorize an increase in shares while knowing enrollment was behind schedule but saying it has been on schedule in recent calls with the Street.
