There's another problem with the conspiracy about MMs are out to destroy legitimate scam microcraps. It occurs during a paid P&D. Then up goes posts about MMs buying hand over fist, with comments of: "They know a good thing!". Or as the paid P&D effect wears off with the continued insider dumping: "The MMs are trying to drive the Ask down to get your shares!".

The net effect is a quandary. One set of conspiracies require the MMs to hold shares in their accounts. While the NSS conspiracy requires them to hold no shares. The conspiracies seem to rotate around, depending on the insider pumps, or sumpthin.
