An eye a "full blown" Pink must file a 15C-211 sponsored by a brokerage firm by them filing a 211 and in most cases a form 10. All this requires approval by the NASD and SEC and must go through a comment process. The times lines are generally between 3-6 months with NO guarantees of approval of listing.
