But do you realize what was misleading? The valuation was for the ENTIRE ADT lineup. How is Elite ever gonna get all 17 launched? Completely misleading

yes facts are stubborn, but where are the facts? do you know for a FACT that evidence exists in the company's accounts payable files? If so, how do you know, have you seen them?

....or is this just more speculation.
