tradero: If you don't vote, then more than likely your vote would be classified as a BROKER NON-VOTE which means that it is an AUTOMATIC YES for the two ROUTINE Proposals.
If you check last years Proxy, only Proposal 2 for the Auditors was ROUTINE and that is why there is such an OVERWHELMING number of YES Votes for it.
If you read this years Proxy, they have Proposal 2 and Proposal 3 as Routine. In my Opinion, this is just a big middle finger by Management to the Shareholders.
