We wouldn't have to worry so much about EPA approval if the co-inventor of the AS system would buy a few units for the hospital system he overlooks.

How can you realistically expect sales to hospitals in Canada when the guy who co-invented the system will not buy it for his hospital.

I'LL bet that if QHC showed some confidence in AS and bought a few units, other hospital systems would follow.
