"If many past potential investors spoke with Mel I can tell why the company has had very limited if any REAL distributors."

An investor and a distributor is two different things. I can promise you that DNA absolutely had distributors last year. DNA energy drinks were, among other places, stocked in the coolers of 114 Quik Trip stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. I personally purchased DNA at a dozen of those stores. There is a local distributor in Grand Prairie, Texas that handled the local distribution and at the time, they listed DNA as one of the products which they distributed. None of this is pie is the sky fantasy. It was all personally verified by me and several other people who live in, or had visited, the D/FW area.

Somewhere on YouTube, there is an interview with Darren Marks when he was DNA'S CEO, and I thought he presented himself very, very well such that I wish he were still in that position. Not sure why he was replaced, but he was very articulate, very knowledgeable about the industry, the business and the product line. He also had a clear understanding of how to be effective at expanding the business. I really wonder how much different things would be now if Marks had continued as CEO.

We also have to remember that Mel is only the acting CEO. I suspect that he is quite aware of his deficiencies in his presentation and that is why he has not assumed the role as full CEO. Unfortunately, it is difficult to convince a really effective pitch man to take over as CEO of a skeletonized corporation. This is especially true when there is no product left to sell and no revenue inbound.
