obviously understanding it isn't sufficient either but I do comprehend the entire document & the why's thereof of the wording & terminology.

maybe it's all about having helped start a non profit foundation down here in Quito for the indigenous tribes due to mainly big oil & some mining operations & obviously knowing a bit about Nevada & Delaware as well.
