Bunch of BS. They do not have financial backers. They are doing this so they can authorize more shares in the near future and dilute this thing again to pay managements salaries.

It does seem clear about the "why". Will the company over time regain and exceed current shareholder value?

Roll the dice and hold, or dont and sell if you haven't already.

Its hard to deny a serious business is being built here. No scam.

I would make the share structure more attractive. R/S would indeed happen...however, how convenient of your boy who you have "met with" keeps A/S at 250 million! Explain that pumper!

This is exactly what is wrong with this board. The bashers get all the bad rep for bashing when they have seen this play out 100's of times, yet a pumper like SS1 and a few others on here get the benefit of the doubt. They can hide behind their computer screen as anyone else, pump all day long, not show a single buy or holding in their account and act like the biggest shareholder on earth. Look...for anyone who has half a brain! DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK. If you are tempted, and I can not talk you out of it at least let the r/s happen, let the 215 million A/S Vanis now has at his disposal be dumped on the "loyal" shareholders and then make a decision.

Oh, full disclosure...this is all IMO. Isn't that how you pumpers do it SS1?

SS1 -
It's a useless battle with these people. On both ends. Everyone forms their own opinions and are all too stubborn to change them in anyway shape or form. This goes both ways. You 100% support scott in everyway, even after this RS that you were convinced he would not do, you still stand by him.

These people are the same way, now that he did this RS they are against him and always will be. Even if scott comes out /w a huge national account, proven financial backing and all this other great stuff...they will still say "well he did a RS when he said he wouldn't!"

That's just how the cookie crumbles. Dark times now - but it's still hard to believe that Scott and all the others involved in this company are doing the OTC cyclical RS/dilute/RS/dilute strategy.

I get it, just because they have a product doesn't mean they're any different. Well, they don't just have one product. VitaminFizz is one of many products in the portfolio - not to include having ownership in Avanzar and all their products.

It doesn't make sense to me why people think it's a scam. Their hands were forced into this - everyone even admitted that the SS would never get them to the uplist. I guess rule #1 if there's a RS it's automatically a scam.

Why would people put THIS much effort into a scam? To sign contracts, acquire a distributor, go through all the paperwork that encompasses running a business. It's not a scam - it's a startup company that is growing and going through growing pains. Only time will tell how the company will officially move forward.
