Though, from an earlier press release:

Centuria CBD Capsules: There have been unexpected delays in delivery to Cannabis Sativa, Inc. The Company expects to be able to issue an update by September 1.

CBDS is now delinquent in releasing financials to the SEC, and delinquent in releasing an update to shareholders on those capsules.

Now, I was doing some research last night on the potential for KUSH when it is spun off as a dividend and separate OTC, and the prospects are exciting. Check out Baked Botanicals and Green Chiefs.

What I gather is that CBDS, Inc will be dealing in CBD products that can be shipped nationwide (or if you listen to Gary in interviews, he talks about cornering a worldwide marketplace), while KUSH sells the "fun" products in states that are approved for recreational THC-laden products.
