Or maybe more practically it's their intent to become a airline and they are going thru all the tedious steps that is required for Part 121 certification with the FAA. BLTA is NOT a scam and Baltia does care about their shareholders. With a little patience, the shareholders will see how much they care by the value their stock price will grow to! You all will be thanking the True Baltia Family here shortly for keeping their spirits up to get threw this small bump in the road.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Has Igor been selling off shares? NO! He would have had to file if he did. The Man is fully committed years of his life to this, and has obviously not given up hope. He has take every obstacle and knife in the back that could be thrown his way, and while it may have slowed him down, He keeps taking it to them. I believe his experience with Baltia's history has made him much more careful and meticulous about his approach. It's so much harder to trip you up when you're taking small, careful steps.
