I wish you the best with your lawsuit! Let us know what you get after you talk to the judge? Although you may want to take the money you would be spending on a lawyer and invest it in BLTA! You would make way more then a lawsuit would make you! With BLTA so close to certification it is pretty much a guarantee you will! BLTA is now in Phase 3 of the certification process, which is step 35 of 37 steps to be certified. Plus step 35, which is the Mini Evac was actually Passed by local FAA and is now being reviewed by the DC office for final approval!! Isn't that great News! I wish you the best and hope you make the right call on this one so you make the most of your hard earn money! :-D
