I agree with everything you said except the valuation. I used to believe that this sells for 1-3billion. After watching the AGM video I believe management wants and sees a lot more value in Sport than I thought. I have a feeling like others have mentioned that management is asking a lot. What is that number? I wish I knew but if they are anticipating a $20 billion market by 2020 than asking $8-10 billion is not a stretch. Keep in mind what they ask and what they get are different things. Maybe then both parties(seller and buyer) come to terms at 4-5 billion based on a certain milestone achievement. I have to disagree with your M/A price of $1 billion. Let's look at things pragmatically. The robot market is estimated to become $20 billion per year. Even if Titan, by a conservative estimate, only garners 5% of it. that would still translate to revenues of $1 billion per year. With a forward P/E of 20:1, that would suggest a minimum share price of about $200.
