Valuation was indeed hype to dilute at higher pps

I'm not endorsing this statement, but I understand it. I don't like multiple aspects of the so-called valuation and its anonymous origin and weird revelation, but I would argue that if your intention is to dilute for the purposes of advancing the ADF line, then you would want to dilute at as high pps as possible. Less dilute therefore. What some might call hype, others might call strategy.

Did you notice NH was careful to dilute his $10M at the lowest price possible? Smart man when it come time to taking care of himself.
