IMO, looks like some verbiage on a stock msg board that DOES NOT MATCH THE CLEAR WORDING IN THE LOAN SECURITY AGREEMENT as duly filed with the SEC in an 8-K filing, LOL?

Simple as that. OCAT is the "chit" alright- loosing 40%, almost 50% in value for the common shareholders in a matter of a few months is the "chit" alright, LOL !!!
