Getting back to our company, I know for sure the DOE will be totally out of renewable energy grants by the end of Sept, and is, almost surely by now, also sticking with their last decision to deny Arnie's appeal to complete their original grant to Bluefire.

That leaves it up to Chinese sources to decide whether or not they need the Fulton experience strongly enough to arrange 100% financing to build and prove out the Fulton facility.

My thinking is, they DO, and they WILL!
