no it is not over. i think when least expected it will come through. this faa decision i feel is bull crap. i dont know what is going on like everyone else. when i first invested in baltia i told my friend it cant be this easy to become rich and i was right. a lot of stress waiting. i think it will come through if it is not a scam. we shall see
