What's confirmed so far is they have not dilute (yet) , moving forward to finishing up audit and also getting 2nd qtr amended . Get that 10m financing and absorb countryside officially .. (Many more behind the scene we still don't know yet )
IMO, you don't invest money on the past, its invested on the future and what good things the future can bring. AVEW has a bright future ahead and I am looking forward to being a part of it.
It is very easy to see why you could be so upset since 1. Their business today sucks, so bad they had to R/S because they were out of shares 2. No Countryside acquisition 3. no big listing and 4. no line of credit, so they rely on toxic financing.
